can you use the NuMetal epoxy to install a motorcycle gas cap bung instead of welding it in? the reason i ask is i am going to clean and seal the tank with KBS products, but the bung will not allow me to drain the tank properly.therefore i would like to seal the tank first and then install the bung without welding

I'm wondering if NuMetal stands pressure. My gastank has holes in it and to make sure every hole is fixed, I use air- pressure, but I'm not sure if the pressure blows the NuMetal out again.

Hi,
Can numetal be used as filler to smooth out welds or inperfections on heads or extractors. Will it be affected by high temperatures or any type of coating system such as ceramic.

Thanks
