I have an older Ford tractor that has rust in the gas tank but doesn't have any leaks or pin holes . Do I really need the entire kit, or just the rust/sealer product?

Yes, we recommend the entire KBS 3 step system for guaranteed results. We put together the different size tank kits for that reason.Step #1 AquaKlean will effectively clean the tank and remove all fuel residue & varnish. Cleaning is very important to open up the metal pores so the Tank Sealer can seep into and interlock with the metal.Step#2 RustBlast will help remove & neutralize the rust, gently etch the metal & leave a zinc phosphate residue for all Tank Sealer adhesion.Doing it right the first time means doing it only once.
