Any primer will bond before RustSeal cures completely (usually within the 3rd to 10th hour after application). I plan to use Fusion SEP primer as well. I need an idea as to how many square feet per gallon I can expect to get from both Rust Seal and Fusion. I plan to apply three coats of Rust Seal.
