Is it compatible over any other primer?<br /><br /><span style="font-style: italic">Yes, it can be applied over virtually any primer system.</span><br /><br />3. Can it be re-coated or re-touched at a later date without scuff sanding?<br /><br /><span style="font-style: italic">Yes, but primarily if repainted within 4 days. After which it would need scuffing to insure good adhesion.<br /></span><br />4.
