After sealing I still have a leak near the back of the tank. i cant see inside the tank and can not get to that area to paint some on. Can I reaseal the whole tank again? What would be the best way to prep it?

We really need more info on your tank.
Is the leak from rust or is it because it cracked? What is the general condition of the tank.
Either way you will most likely need to remove the failed sealer and use the KBS 3 Step System again. -
It's a rust issue, Tank is in decent shape, Leaking along the seams due to rust, How do you remove your product?

A good aircraft stripper will strip out the coating. We usually use Dad's Easy Spray. Pour it into the tank and let it soak on the sides before flushing.
