I need to do the eintire underside of my car. It is on a rotissorie but is too large to do all at once and keep the rust blast wet for 30+ minutes. If I do half at a time when I rinse the second half will the water from rinsing that gets on the first half harm it? Thanks in advance!

That will work great for you. You may get some slight flash rust, but you can safely paint the RustSeal over it after the entire area has been rinsed clear and allowed to completely dry.
