I have galvanized ductwork and exposed galvanized floors, wondering if the powdery film and finger print grease can be removed with any of your products?

AquaKlean will definitely help to remove any fingerprint grease and oil. You could use it with a little fine steel wool and get great results. Rinse off with a wet sponge and dry off with a clean dry towel or chamois.
