   i have some GEM rust neutralizer and was wondering if i applied this first over the surface would it react with my kbs frame kit?
   
   or if i am just fine by going over the surface i have with the kit alone.
   
   i had the whole frame sandblasted a few weeks ago but it has som slight moisure rust over the top due to just a mist over it.?
   
   any input?
