    I'm looking to coat the underside of my car with the 3 step rust seal process, then give the whole underside a coat of spray on sound deadener. Can Blacktop be applied over the top of the sound deadener? Or should I leave the sound deadener for the inside of the shell instead?

    Sure, you can coat BlackTop over the sound deadener, but I don't think it would be necessary. Which deadener are you planning on using?
