   i have a 1999 2500 silverado which has rust flaking on the frame & undercarrige & falling off! the rest of the truck is cherry! can i powerwash the loose rust & than cover everthing with RustSeal?

   Sure, you may need to wire brush some areas too, just to remove the loose scaly paint and rust. Clean and rinse, then allow to dry completely before coating with RustSeal.
