The bottom of my Jeep door is a little rusted out, can this product help with stopping the rust and sealing it? Is it easy to use?

Yes. You can stop the rust and it is easy to use.
You will want to use the KBS 3 Step System of AquaKlean, RustBlast and RustSeal.

And then you can paint over the RustSeal with the touch up paint that matches the color of your jeep.
