   Can you tell me the amount of Aquaklean, Rustblast and Gold sealer I would need for this size tank. Also exterior coating recommendations. This is a baffled tank and has corrosion on the outside to go along with a pin hole in one corner. I plan to tig weld the corner after cleaning. Do you see any problems with this? Just don't want to blow myself up after cleaning.

   You will want to get:

   1 Gallon of AquaKlean: http://www.kbs-coatings.com/KBS-AquaKlean_p_27.html
   1 Gallon of RustBlast: http://www.kbs-coatings.com/KBS-RustBlast_p_29.html
   2 Quarts of Gold Standard Tank Sealer: http://www.kbs-coatings.com/Gold-Standard-Tank-Sealer_p_30.html

   You will want to clean the tank first and then weld. You are correct.

   Thanks for the fast response. I will be placing my order. I will post updates once the project is completed. I have already got a second tank to do and I haven't even done mine yet. Oh, if no response again I blew up and can't type anymore. Something about welding on a feul tank scares me. Thanks again.

   Watch the second Tank Sealer video here: http://www.kbs-coatings.com/KBS-Videos_ep_90-1.html .. the guy welds his tank. Just make sure you have cleaned it first with the AquaKlean. That will get our the fumes.

   The last video was good for me and the tank has been now done for almost a week. The aquaklean was just as stated. After I cleaned it you couldn't tell if it had fuel in it or water. After that it was tig welded and the rest is easy as pie. The tank is ready to be put back into service. Thanks again.
