Looking to paint rusty tv antenna tower.
Does the galvanized rust seal need a additional
top coat for UV stability.

If you want a beautiful cosmetic top coat, then you might. But many people use the Galvanized Steel RustSeal on fences and the like and are completely happy with it. It may change color a tad, but you will not notice it unless you really look hard.
