  1. I have a 1952 FX Holden I am restoring. I am replacing the outer sill panels as they are moderately rusted, with some small holes. I planned on coating the inner sill surfaces with rust seal.

My question is, do you have any thought/suggestions re coating the welded inner portions of the panels?

I had thought of using a spray nozzle & accessing the inside of the sill through some holes drilled through the inner sill panel, much in the manner of rust proofing practice. These holes would them be sealed with rubber plugs. While this is not necessarily a 'perfect' solution, it's the best I can think of at present.
    Any ideas would be appreciated.

  2. You could use the Underseal Spray Gun and Probe. You can find it here: http://www.kbs-coatings.com/Underseal-Spray-Gun-amp-Probe_p_37.html

Let us know if you think that will work.

  3. That looks perfect.
    Thanks.
Is this product available in Oz, or is it US only purchase?
