Hi, I was wondering if Rustblast is the correct product to use on a stone chip that has begun to rust. The stone chip is very small, but it's down to bare metal which has begun to rust. I was wondering if I could use Rustblast on the chip, then apply touch up paint.

Certainly. It will dissolve the rust and allow that touch up paint to bond well.
