Hi, this is the 2nd tank I have sealed using your product, 1st one great, as time was not an issue with this tank, each stage was carried out to the letter, the tank has now been painted & yesterday was filled with gas, this morning there is a tiny bubble at the bottom rear of the tank, about the size of a pin head, I fear this is the start of a leak, what can I do as the tank is finished with base coat & 2 pack clear?

Where is the Tiny Bubble? On the Outside or the Inside of the tank?

It's now plural, the bubbles are showing on the outside of the tank, low down at the rear.

It sounds like you did not get all of the holes patched or you did not get the entire inside of the tank coated.
You will want to strip out the Gold Standard Tank Sealer with the KBS Strip.
Then you will want to patch your holes using the BackBone Reinforcing Mesh or the NuMetal Epoxy Putty.
Once you have the holes patches, you will do the KBS 3 Step Tank Sealing System.

I know I have to use the KBS strip, but you say to plug the pin holes with the epoxy putty, these holes are so small as to only be visible with a magnifying glass, how do I fill them & still get a smooth paint finish on the outside of the tank?

In that case, you could paint those holes with RustSeal on the outside and then seal the inside. And you could also use the BackBone Reinforcing Mesh to solidify the area with the holes.
