  1. hi
i was removing some paint today and removed some of the rustseal on another panel
i found that the panel under the paint was all rusted again
should i remove the rust seal and start again
or should i not be worried?
i know that rust seal will treat some of the rust

  2. How were you removing the paint? How did you apply the RustSeal?

  3. when i was doing that section i was only using a wire brush on a drill
i aplied the rust seal with a brush

now i am using i think it is nylon brushes on the dril
so it is removing the rust more this time

  4. You will want to wire wheel it all down to the bare metal and then use the KBS 3 Step System of AquaKlean, RustBlast and RustSeal.

You can find complete instructions for RustSeal here: http://www.kbs-coatings.com/RustSeal-Information-and-Instructions_ep_38-1.html

You can also find the Fix-It Guide which will help you quickly identify the causes of and the recommended solutions for the most common issues that could occur with RustSeal here: http://www.kbs-coatings.com/fix-it-guide-rustseal.html

You can also find Instructional Videos here: http://www.kbs-coatings.com/KBS-Videos_ep_90-1.html

You can also find a Flow Chart for using the KBS 3 Step System here: http://www.kbs-coatings.com/Flow-Chart--RustSeal-on-Steel_ep_87-1.html

  5. ohh damn
i need to wire wheel most of the car down now to find out what areas are rusted
the whole inside of the car has been coated aswell
i waited till the rust started to go a bit white in colour
so i thought the rust seal would work over it
    oh well

    thanks for the help though
