  1. I have a 1998 ford mustang gas tank. In side my tank it has a plastic houseing for the fuel pump it can not be removed. how would i clean & seal this tank, looking inside it looks like paint or something pealing off some parts of the walls
  2. It sounds like that tank had a previous sealer that is failing. That old sealer needs to stripped using KBS Strip.

You can find KBS Strip here: http://www.kbs-coatings.com/kbs-strip.html

You can find KBS Strip Instructions here: http://www.kbs-coatings.com/kbs-strip-info.html

After stripping, follow the KBS system for sealing that tank. Avoid applying the sealer to the plastic area as much as possible.
