1. Is BlackTop effective if painted over bare metal without priming it first?
It can go over bare metal, however it is mainly designed to go over painted or primed surfaces.
2. Is it compatible over any other primer?
Yes, it can be applied over virtually any primer system.
3. Can it be re-coated or re-touched at a later date without scuff sanding?
Yes, but primarily if repainted within 4 days. After which it would need scuffing to insure good adhesion.
4. How long does it normally take to dry?
Touch dry in a few hours but to get really hard about 4 days.
