We sand blasted a triler yesterday and then used Rust Blast as a prep for the Rust Seal. We followed the instructions and did not let it dry on the surface and rinsed after 5 - 10 minuted with water. The trailer was covered with a tarp for the night and when we uncovered it this morning the whole trailer had rust on it. What should we do now?

Are you applying RustSeal? If so, just make sure the tiller is completely dry, especially all welds mounting bolts & brackets, and begin applying the RustSeal.
When sandblasting, using RustBlast is not necessary as the surface is clean, dry, and porous.
