   I had a chassis blasted 6 months ago and painted it with an acid etching primer to prevent rust. Now after extensive repairs and modifications I am wanting to paint it black. Can I apply "Blacktop" over the primer? Do I need to also use "Rustseal" first? Or should your products not be applied in my case? Thank you in advance for an answer, Marc

   I would still apply RustSeal first. The Blacktop would only be needed over that if the chassis were to be exposed to prolonged direct sunlight.
